• Ardh shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
• All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

Any shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

After Shipment of Order

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Significant processing and dispatch efforts are initiated once the order is confirmed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or defective:

• Share clear images or videos of the damaged product
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable

Incorrect Product Received
