Traditionally prepared using whole wheat flour (atta), natural jaggery (gur), and pure desi ghee. Flavouring elements such as fennel seeds (saunf), cardamom powder, and grated coconut are added to enhance its authentic taste and aroma. - Preparation:
A stiff dough is carefully prepared and pressed into flat, disc-like shapes using traditional decorative wooden moulds known as Sancha, which create beautiful patterns.
